Enjoyed it so far. Would be nice if it were in slices rather than scooping it out of roll.
We've used the ground bacon in burgers, eggs, and mashed potatoes. Great flavor and enhances the meal.
Cooked 4 oz is a skillet and added 3 eggs yummy
Loved the flavor. Used in a meatloaf.Also liked frying it up and use as a topping for baked potato and omelet
Added to low fat ground beef for burgers and to 1.5 lbs of ground beef for a meatloaf. Tremendous flavor and a lot less grease than I was expecting. Going to fry some up with breakfast sausage for farmers eggs this weekend.
